DriveSmart was a very professional with me from the start of enrollment all the way to verification. I was skeptical about keeping an Extended Auto Warranty, thankfully I kept it and it paid off. Recently I had to file a claim for my 2008 Chevy Malibu, I called their customer service which was fantastic. They processed my claim with Norkfolk Auuto which didn’t take long at all.
